Second: The mechanism for answering the trainee’s inquiries:
Urgent inquiries are answered via WhatsApp or direct contact with the trainer via the institute’s fixed phone only and not through the trainer’s mobile phone.
Regular inquiries are answered within one to two working days.

Inquiries are not received (except for urgent) on vacation days and after working hours.

Online course evaluation grading policy
Policy text: The trainer is obligated to train an electronic course in the distance education program to follow the trainee evaluation mechanism in the distance education regulation, where he evaluates the student’s achievement at one hundred (100), categorized as follows:
1- Semester/ formative evaluation (60 marks) distributed as follows:
Participation and attendance of virtual classes and assignments, totaling thirty marks
Periodic assessments of the student’s attendance of lessons on the platform, totaling thirty degrees
2- The final post-training evaluation (40 marks) to pass the final course delivered in attendance on the platform.

Method of testing and evaluation
At the beginning of each training course, new trainees are trained on the e-learning platform, according to the following training plan:
